There are a number of tools that are Pike-aware:

Emacs contains support for Pike, which is provided by C-Mode.

JEdit has supports syntax highlighting, and code folding. An in-depth discussion can be found at http://www.update.uu.se/~peterl/html/sub_hobbies/comp/articles/jEdit/

http://www.vim.org supports syntax highlighting and code completion for Pike.

Begin to type something and hit:
  • ctrl-n

This should apply to gvim which is basically vim with a graphical interface.

TextMate is a very cool text editor for Mac OS X. More information about its support at TextMate.
